Tell Rachael what you need, she takes care of it. You can focus on the packing and getting there part knowing that all will be perfect along the way and when you arrive. On occasion something will go wrong on the provider end and in those instances Rachael is a fearless and tireless advocate for a traveler. Highly recommend.
Rachael was wonderful and extremely patient. She was available every day we were there to make sure we had a great vacation. The resort was great- we had a beautiful room and enjoyed the amazing pool. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend her!
